Starting Pay: $16.00 to $18.00, depending on education and experience.

Experience and EducationAre You Qualified?

Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us. The most important quality is that you love working with children. Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more!

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Development / CDA Certified preferred.
  • 1 year prior experience working in a certified child development center (2 years preferred).
  • Prior experience with the assigned age group.
  • Knowledge of minimum standards
  • Able to participate in the safety and cleanliness of the school
  • Create and execute lesson plans
  • Assist with diaper changing and potty training
  • Knowledge of Reggio and play-based learning curriculum
  • Specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation
  • Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone.
