Digital Marketing Manager

Endeavor Schools is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Miami!

This includes executing inbound marketing tactics like email and social media, as well as managing paid advertising and events. Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns on Meta, including creating and managing ads, targeting audiences and optimizing campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Create and manage e-mail templates, campaigns and event communications through our CRM system and Constant Contact.
  • Oversee and maintain current social media strategy across all school accounts.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, presenting insights and recommendations to increase campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and help identify and explore new marketing channels and opportunities.

Experience and EducationPreferred qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications or advertising, with at least 3 years in digital marketing, and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful campaigns.
  • Degree in marketing, communications or journalism.
  • Experience with Meta advertising, including creating and managing campaigns, targeting audiences and analyzing performance data.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Proficient in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite.
  • Strong verbal communication and writing skills with a passion for storytelling.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to complete projects on time.
  • Experience with WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva preferred.
