Endeavor Schools has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Vice President of Operations! This position ideally will be based on the East Coast (preferably in Miami/South Florida) but must have the ability to travel at least 50% of the time. The Regional Vice President of Operations (RVPO) is a key leader responsible for driving success and sustainability across multiple regions, ensuring operational excellence, and upholding company standards. The RVPO oversees a team of Regional Directors (RDs) and works collaboratively with school leadership to foster a culture of teamwork, performance, and alignment with Endeavor Schools' core values. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the RVPO will ensure the achievement of academic, financial, and operational goals while creating an environment conducive to the well-being of staff, students, and families.

Essential Tasks
  • Leadership and Strategic Vision
    • Provide leadership aligned with Endeavor's Core Values to ensure the overall success and sustainability of schools.
    • Lead the development and implementation of region-specific operational protocols, policies, and systems, while maintaining consistency with company-wide practices.
    • Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to set strategic direction and establish annual operational goals for each region.
  • Health, Safety, and Learning Environments
    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, particularly state licensing, health, and safety standards.
    • Working with the RDs, oversee the proper maintenance of school facilities and recommend capital improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Academic Excellence and Curriculum Support
    • Collaborate with the Academics Department to ensure the delivery of high-quality, research-based, and developmentally appropriate curricula.
    • Ensure all schools meet or exceed accrediting standards and company goals related to educational programming.
  • Staff Leadership and Development
    • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of RDs, ensuring they are equipped to manage their respective regions effectively.
    • Establish training and development plans to foster growth among school leadership teams.
    • Cultivate a culture of trust, collaboration, and professional excellence by reinforcing Endeavor's Core Values and holding team members accountable.
  • Financial Oversight and Accountability
    • Collaborate on the development of regional and school-level budgets and ensure budgetary goals are met.
    • Monitor revenue, labor, and expense targets, and implement corrective action when necessary to meet financial objectives.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction and Engagement
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including families, staff, and leadership.
    • Implement strategies to ensure family and staff satisfaction through proactive communication, feedback collection, and action plans based on feedback.

Education, Experience, and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively guide and develop high-performing leaders to achieve organizational goals.
  • 10+ years of experience in education or a related service industry, with a minimum of 7 years in multi-site management or leadership roles.
  • Strong background in overseeing and coordinating efforts across various sites to ensure consistency and excellence in performance and results.
  • Demonstrated experience in early childhood education is highly desirable.
