As a Lead Montessori Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum following the Montessori pedagogy, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and documenting your student's progress.

Starting Pay: $46,000-$58,000, depending on education and experience.

Are You Qualified?

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in Early Childhood Education/Montessori Education in a certified child development center.
  • Montessori Certification required
  • Prior experience with pre-school students
  • Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet.
  • Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
  • The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.

Pay Range

USD $46,000.00 - USD $58,000.00 /Yr.
